This six session class series is designed for those who want a great workout, yet a little more gentle and at a slower pace. The emphasis will be on strengthening core muscles, creating a healthy back and help to improve posture. We will focus on breath awareness to calm the nervous system and help to create a connection between the mind and body.
This six session class series will be held on Mondays May 14 - June 25, 2018 (no class on May 28).
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Not recommended for those with mobility concerns moving between standing and the mat.
