Mindful yoga helps for chronic pain; learn to ride the waves of sensation, thoughts, and feelings using the practice of yoga combined with the evidence base of western medicine. Classes feature discussion, breath work, meditation and gentle yoga postures. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required. This is an 8 week class with pre-registration.
