The main focus of the class will center around principle 7 from Intuitive Eating: Cope with Your Feelings Without Using Food. Learn the difference between emotional and biological hunger. Discover how your self-care impacts eating behaviors, along with the triggers that may encourage the use of food to soothe or distract from emotions. This is the class for you if you’d like to explore ways to care for your feelings without turning to food.
