FREE Breath Work & Meditation

Learn gentle breathing and foundation meditation techniques. Students are seated to practice these calming techniques in a tranquil, supportive environment. This class requires little movement and uses chairs – mats are available if preferred.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced

SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Open to all mobility levels with some accommodations available.
