Learn gentle breathing and relaxation techniques. This practice includes guided imagery and breath work to help clear your mind and provide relaxation to help escape your typically fast-paced environment. Students are seated in a chair to practice these calming techniques in a tranquil, supportive environment and thus requires little movement. Mats are available, if preferred.
