Our class focuses on the breath to provide an anchor to the practice. There is a focus on yoga as a moving meditation, where the movement follows the breath as we build a deep foundation of relaxation in the body. From that centered, awake place, we build strength, flexibility and balance together. Laughing and having fun is allowed!
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate - Advanced
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Those with mobility concerns, or those new to yoga, may find this class more challenging. Must be able to safely move between standing and floor work. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early as the doors to BASECAMP are locked at 5:15pm to allow for safety and focus on the practice.
