FREE: Flow Yoga

This yoga practice will get your heart pumping as we integrate posture & breath to move from the integrity of your core through a vinyasa sequence. A strong focus on internal alignment, transitions & staying connected during practice will be highlighted.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate - Advanced
