This class is designed to help guide you toward better body awareness, posture and core control. Use of ballet barres for strength training the legs, and hips, mat Pilates training all aspects of the core. All levels welcome. Some use of props will be used for added resistance and support.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Modifications available for those with limited mobility. Must be able to safely move between standing and floor work.
