This class is designed to help guide you toward better body awareness, posture and core control. Use of ballet barres and resistance bands for strength training the legs, and hips, as well as mat Pilates training for all aspects of the core.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Modifications available for those with limited mobility. Must be able to safely move between standing and floor work. Some use of props will be used for added resistance and support.
