Greet the morning by joining us for a free Yoga Foundations class in The Well and set your intentions for the day, with yogi Becca.
In this class we will bring awareness to the body and the breath. There will be a focus on core strengthening to support the back, long holds in poses to give time for deeper exploration and sequencing that caters to modern biomechanics. Students will gain confidence in their ability to ease pain and undo muscular dysfunctions.
