Mondays and Fridays, 12 p.m. - 1 p.m., drop in for any amount of time

Take a break in your day and dance! Every Monday and Friday we are opening The Well for your dancing enjoyment. Join us for 5 minutes, or 60 minutes, to release any stress, free your mind and put a smile on your face.

Each day will have a new theme of music so stop by and do your heart some good with a fun cardio dance session.

Research shows dancing with some intensity over several years is good for your heart (and we say soul).

So, let’s dance.
