Mindful Intuitive Eating: Hunger and Fullness Scale

Gain a better understanding of your body using a hunger and fullness scale. This satiety scale is an effective way to manage blood sugars and normalize eating patterns. We’ll talk about the challenges related to hearing internal body cues and strategies to reconnect to your inner body wisdom. Participate in a hunger scan and walk away with practical tools to honor your physical hunger and fullness.


Instructor: Jamie Lee RD, LD is a dietitian in Portland, OR, working with individuals on the eating disorder spectrum, from emotional eating, yo-yo dieting to diagnosed eating disorders. In addition, she provides medical nutrition therapy for digestive health, PCOS, blood sugar management and heart health. She holds a B.S. from Portland State University in Community Health Education and two years post-grad in Food Science from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a Certified Wellness Coach through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Certified Intuitive Eating counselor and a member of The Center for Mindful Eating.
