Mindful Intuitive Eating:
Discover Satisfaction & Food Enjoyment

Satisfaction allows you to have more control around food, and allows you to walk away from a meal content, reducing food preoccupation and cravings. We will spend time in class exploring ways to increase satiety and enjoyment in the eating experience using a variety of activities, including mindful eating.


Instructor: Jamie Lee RD, LD is a dietitian in Portland, OR, working with individuals on the eating disorder spectrum, from emotional eating, yo-yo dieting to diagnosed eating disorders. In addition, she provides medical nutrition therapy for digestive health, PCOS, blood sugar management and heart health. She holds a B.S. from Portland State University in Community Health Education and two years post-grad in Food Science from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a Certified Wellness Coach through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Certified Intuitive Eating counselor and a member o The Center for Mindful Eating.
