Thank you for your interest in the Saves for Lives AED Donation Program!

Automated external defibrillators (AED’s) are an important part of any cardiac safety plan to reduce the risk of sudden cardiac arrest. Our mission is to make AED’s more widely available to schools and community organizations throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Recipients receive a free AED as well as free training on proper use and maintenance.

Since this initiative began in 2017, we have awarded numerous groups and organizations with AED’s through help from our generous partnerships, community donations as well as Providence Health & Services ministries and programs.

Special thanks to past donors: Providence Sports Medicine and the Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns in-game promotions, 2017 & 2018 Providence Bridge Pedal, Providence Heart to Start in partnership with RAM Races, as well as the Providence Heart Institute and Basecamp Cardiac Prevention + Wellness community fundraising efforts.

How can you help? We have multiple ways to raise funds, including your donation today to our Healthy Communities Fund.

We are currently accepting applications for our 2019 Quarter 1 AED distribution. Apply today and let’s save lives together!
