Monday: Meatless Monday – Hummus Platter
House-made roasted garlic hummus with cucumber mint raita, tomato cucumber salad, roasted curry cauliflower, feta cheese, kalamata olives and warm flat bread.
Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas
Shredded chicken & queso fresco inside of corn tortillas. This dish comes with cilantro lime brown rice, black beans and a very tasty house-made avocado salsa verde.
Wednesday: Seared Salmon
Pan seared salmon with a lemon & mint tabouli. This dish comes with seasonal vegetable and a lemon cucumber yogurt sauce.
Thursday: SIZZLING SALAD
We will custom build your salad for you with specialty vegetables and your choice of hot or cold meats. Bringing this popular dish from The Eatery to the ADC!
