Basecamp Wellbeing Classes

Your wellbeing is the umbrella to your overall health and wellness. It’s the connection of your emotions and feelings to your physical and mental health. Our classes focus on several elements of support through a deeper understanding of wellness, taking time to decompress, finding balance in life through goal setting, extending compassion to yourself and others, and relaxation techniques.

Our wellbeing classes are series-based with the most benefit found by attending all classes in sequence for the defined series. More information can be found by clicking on the image.
